CHIEF SALES OFFICER
Joseph Schmitz serves as the Chief Sales Officer at HIGHMARK, where he leads the sales team in delivering cutting-edge building-efficiency technologies to architects, developers, general contractors, and MEP consulting engineers. Since joining HIGHMARK in 2015, Joseph has become a recognized expert in a range of technologies, including heat pumps for HVAC and domestic hot water systems, heat-recovery strategies, and chilled-water and condenser-water systems.
Before his tenure at HIGHMARK, Joseph spent nearly five years as a Sales Engineer at Trane, focusing on applied systems and collaborating with consulting engineers and mechanical contractors. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, which complements his deep technical knowledge and commitment to advancing energy-efficient solutions in the building industry.
