Marketing Director
Melanie Leroy joined HIGHMARK in 2023 as Marketing Director, bringing 15 years of marketing expertise. She works closely with leadership to implement strategies that drive brand visibility and operational excellence across marketing and sales.
Melanie oversees the development and execution of the annual marketing plan and budget, manages social media content and brand assets, and leads HIGHMARK’s presence at industry events. She curates knowledge resources, writes and designs marketing collateral, and spearheads culture-driven initiatives like team-building and philanthropy.
Prior to HIGHMARK, Melanie held business development and marketing roles at Cushman & Wakefield and JLL. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Public Relations from The Pennsylvania State University.
